PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Evelyn Jiang
Evelyn is our new Physiotherapy resident! She is passionate about movement based physiotherapy and creating lasting healthy movement habits.
She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, where she worked closely with varsity athletics. Through her time at Waterloo, she worked over 4000 hours with varsity strength and conditioning, teaching Women’s Lifting 101 and Olympic lifting clinics, and helping promote movement for mental health with Athletics and Recreation. She went on to complete her Master’s of Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2025, where she served as the Sport Physiotherapy Canada student rep for her cohort.
Her athletic background and experience in strength and conditioning have shaped her approach to treatment, blending individualised exercise based programs with manual therapy and plenty of dad jokes to help you achieve your goals.
When she’s not working, Evelyn spends her time playing volleyball and flag football, working out in the gym, and visiting local coffee shops and her favourite ice cream store!
